These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Lilley & Bottlebrush website. Separate Terms of Sale apply when you purchase a product.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law where doing so would be unlawful.

Permitted Use

You may use the website only for lawful shopping and information purposes. You must not:

use the website fraudulently or unlawfully;
introduce malware or harmful code;
interfere with website operation or security;
attempt unauthorised access to accounts, servers or personal information;
submit false, misleading or deceptive information;
impersonate another person; or
infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or enforcement of these terms.

Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, materials, measurements, images and care instructions. Colours may vary because of lighting and screen settings. Reasonable manufacturing variations may occur, provided products comply with applicable consumer guarantees.

Prices

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Where we are registered or required to be registered for GST, displayed consumer prices include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.

Delivery charges and other unavoidable fees will be disclosed before payment. Pricing, discounts and availability representations will not be false or misleading.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website branding, text, graphics, photographs and design elements are owned by or licensed to Lilley & Bottlebrush. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission except as permitted by law.

Reviews and User Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, unlawful or infringing. We may moderate content for authenticity, spam, privacy and legal compliance.

If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use and display it for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for them except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website Availability

We may update, suspend or withdraw website features for maintenance, security or operational reasons. This does not affect statutory rights or orders already accepted.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where permitted by law and where a consumer guarantee does not apply, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available in their state or territory.
